The Aspen Institute and the Rockefeller Foundation have partnered together to create a new program to focus on catalyzing investment within the diaspora community. The program will aim to design a targeted and coordinated approach to facilitate the strategic investment of financial and human capital from diaspora into their home countries at a significant scale and in a sustainable way. The program will be a collaboration across various Aspen Institute programs. ANDE will have a significant role and will look to engage the ANDE network in a variety of ways during the program development.

The Program Director will be responsible for leading a small team that will develop and carry out the design of the program in year one. S/he will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance, and programmatic support for all aspects of the program, including but not limited to building key partnerships, designing and implementing the program, leading landscape research, launching the Program, and documenting and reporting.
