SfN is looking for a strategic and creative Digital Communications Manager to help develop and manage digital, web-based and print content across SfN communication platforms. This role will be managing the implementation of member digital communication strategies primarily through online channels (website, e-newsletter, social media, emails), ensuring high-quality content, appropriate messaging, and best practice on usability and functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and supervising a team, have the ability to multi-task, be a strong communicator and have proven project management skills. Strong attention to detail, along with ability to analyze, evaluate and report on data to inform opportunities for enhancement required.
Candidates should have a college degree and five years of experience in the field with at least two years of supervisory experience. A proven expert in managing online communications and social media, expertise in office automation (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software) and Internet research skills are a must. Familiarity with CMS software required and Web development processes a plus. A successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and have the ability to maintain a professional environment while managing diverse situations.
