AtlanticLIVE, the dedicated events and conferences division of The Atlantic magazine, seeks a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual to support Elizabeth Baker Keffer, Senior Vice President and Group Publisher – Live Events of Atlantic Media and President of AtlanticLIVE and QuartzLIVE, as Executive Assistant.
Within AtlanticLIVE’s progressive, collegial work environment, this role provides a unique opportunity for broad and high level exposure to the business behind the industry’s leading media event production enterprise, with a great trajectory for growth and earned responsibility. The Executive Assistant will not only serve as the primary support for the division President but will also have the opportunity to own and manage a series of projects (depending on interest) relevant to AtlanticLIVE business including, but not limited to, event management/logistics; business development and client outreach; and marketing and public relations.
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of previous professional experience.
