Job Summary
The incumbent is the first point of comprehensive contact for entering students. Working with a team of Academic Engagement & Advisement Specialists the incumbent provides entering Coppin students placement testing services, support with schedule making, access to basic skills tutoring in Math, Writing and Reading, connections with academic departments, and navigation of student retention programs as well as a varied learning management systems as well.
Responsibilities
Education
BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
Qualifications
Experience working in higher education environment
Theoretical knowledge of General Education Program
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, Blackboard, and PeopleSoft.
